Gator Queen Liz

Kiss Country is broadcasting live this weekend from the State Fair Boat, Sport and RV Show.  Saturday from 11am to 1pm, join Chris Evans as he readies for the weigh in of the Boat Show Bass Tournament and then Sunday starting at 1pm, join Julie K. from the Gary and Julie morning show as she gets ready to meet a woman who's probably just a tad meaner than a porcupine with sensitive skin.

She's Gator Queen Liz Choate from History Channel's "Swamp People" appearing at 2pm.  According to her website, she's one of the very few women who actually makes her living alligator hunting in the swamps of South Louisiana.

Growing up in the marsh south of Houma, LA. "Liz" credits her mother, Ella Dupre, and father, CJ Dupre, for teaching her all she knows and how to truly appreciate this way of life.  And guys, you never know, she might teach you a thing or two.
