Every baby animal has to learn how to do the stiff adult animals do. Even human animals have to learn ho to walk, and feed themselves, eventually drive a car, and so forth.

One thing baby dogs have to do is learn how to howl effectively, so that when they are an adult they can communicate with other adult dogs across the neighborhood.

While a pack of grown hounds yelling in every other yard down your street at three in the morning is never fun, watching these cute little puppies practicing their howls is pretty darn cute.
