DeSoto Parish Kids Don’t Want To Wear This Halloween Costume
I'm one of those people who truly appreciates when someone thinks out of the box, and I've become a huge fan of the person responsible for maintaining the Facebook page for the DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Department.
You might recall over the past couple of years that he's highlighted some hilarious campaigns for the DeSoto Sheriff including:

Hilarious DeSoto Sheriff Offers Big Prize To Those With Meth
DeSoto Parish Elf On A Shelf
And one of everyone's favorites was the time they issued an arrest report for the alligator blocking traffic on I-49.
DeSoto Parish Posts Hilarious Arrest Report For Giant Alligator
And just this week they have hit our funny bone once again with their Facebook post warning children that they might not want to wear a police uniform as their Halloween costume next week.
Well played my friends, well played!
It takes a special breed of person, and a special breed of leadership to allow that person to highlight their creativity, to showcase all the "real life" issues of the Sheriff's Department, but to also include the brighter things like spotlighting various deputies doing great works in the community and the lighter side with things like this.
Please keep it up and THANK YOU for the laughter!
