Unbelievable Creatures That Keep Right on Living After Death
In Louisiana we hear lots of hunting stories, but the story I heard decades ago about a Cajun duck hunter still has me laughing.

In the video below, world renown Cajun comedian, Justin Wilson, tells the story of a duck hunter who had finally invited his 10-year-old son to go hunting with him.
In the story, we hear that not long after daylight a couple of mallards began to circle the blind, and with some gentle calling, the ducks began to make their final descent and landed. Dad raised his shotgun and fired several rounds only to see the ducks jump up and fly off.

Without missing a beat, the Dad looked at his son and said, "Son, I can't believe that you are only ten years old and you already got to see a miracle like that." The son replied, "What miracle?" Dad returned, "Yeah. The miracle of them dead ducks getting up and flying off like that."

While not exactly as "miraculous" as those "dead ducks flying off," there are indeed several animals that can live long after what most would conceive a sure death.
However, death is death, and once declared "dead", nothing, other than Jesus and a few other selected Biblical characters, can return.
Merriam-Webster declares the definition of death to be, "a permanent cessation of all vital functions: the end of life." That's the permanency of death. It's over! But is it?

In an article on top10animal.com, we learn there are actually several animals or organisms, that even when deemed by standards most of us would call "death", can continue on, even if in zombie-like fashion.
Just look at these 5 Real Life Zombies; Animals That Live After Death and see which ones appear to truly beat death.
