Chimp Haven Discovery Day April 2026: Last-Minute Ticket Guide

Looking for something truly incredible to do this weekend? You’re in luck. We are so fortunate to have a world-class sanctuary right here in our community, and Chimpanzee Discovery Days is officially happening this Saturday.

I just checked, and surprisingly, tickets are still available, but you’ll want to move fast.

Starting at 9:00 AM this Saturday, April 18th,  you can get a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the amazing work being done for these primates. It is such a unique experience to see the chimpanzees in such a beautiful, peaceful setting. If you’ve never been, trust me, it’s a memory your family won't forget.

Tickets must be purchased in advance online, so don't plan on buying them at the gate. Admission is $20 for adults and $10 for children ages 5 to 12. The best part? Children 4 and younger are free, making it a perfect family outing.
