Weekly Caught in the Act Award Recipient is a Texas Fire Chief
Meet this week's Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award recipient Randall Jeans from Marshall, TX!
Each week, Gary and Bristol shine the light on one of our local residents who help to make Kiss Country one of the greatest places in the world to live!
This week's recipient is one of those folks you're glad to have in your circle. Randall was nominated by Shelley Aguillard for his endless acts of service. That's why he has earned the distinction of being named this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.
Here's the nomination letter we got from Shelley:
Randall is a battalion chief for the Marshall Fire Dept. He and his wife, Kim, have been our best friends since our boys were in 3rd grade. Both boys are married with a child now! Despite many obstacles thrown his way, he faces every day like it was made for him to do good! He will and has dropped everything no matter the time of day or night to help someone out. He and Kim have taken so many young people into their home and helped them find their way. Randall is the best role model for a boss, husband, dad, Pop Pop. He is kind and gracious with the most valuable thing a person has, their time. I can't say enough about Randall, the best "rent a husband" and the truest friend around! Randall turned 50 years old Friday, the 27th, and I can’t think of a better gift than to honor him with recognition for the good he does for so many that no one ever knows about.
Thank you for being so amazing, Randall! And because you've been "Caught in the Act," the gang at Silverstar has a $100 Gift Certificate for you to have dinner on them!
Take a listen to the phone call we made to Randall to let him know that he was this week's Caught in the Act Award recipient.
