Beer In Bra Leads To Arrest In West Monroe

Lamesa Wade was stumbling around, with bloodshot eyes, smelling like alcohol when she was arrested by West Monroe Police Wednesday night. She had her two year old child with her, and a stolen gas station beer and some candy shoved in her bra. Cold and Classy.

The weirdest part was that she admitted to stealing the beer, but said she didn't know where that candy came from. (Well, I mean, we know it was in her bra - she just can't remember how it got there) Witnesses reported seeing Wade shove the stolen beer and candy in her bra.

Her charges: Shoplifting, Disturbing the peace by intoxication, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. I wonder if there is a pending child endangerment charge?
