So what would the people you work with tell us about you? Some people really don't want to know, but in Barbara Wade's case, it was the highlight of her life to hear what Tori, Brittni, Dana, Teri, and Latonya wrote to tell us.

They all work together at Red River Pulmonary and when we read what the crew thee had to say about Barbara, there was no doubt that Barbara was exactly who we were looking for to present this week's Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.

Mrs. Barbara Wade is the key to our team that makes us who we are on a day to day basis. Our team at Red River Pulmonary wouldn't know what to do without her. This year has been one of the hardest on all of us. She has kept us together through it all. She is always there to lend a helping hand and ask us everyday if we are okay or if we need help with anything. I'm pretty sure we have all broke sometime this year, but at the end of the day she cares more about us than herself. She takes care of her elderly mother as well. Late nights at the hospital with barely any sleep if any at all. She still comes to work with a smile on her face ready to face the day. We don't always make it easy for her, but we want her to know just how grateful and appreciative of her we all are. We love you Mrs. Barbara. You are more deserving of this award than you will ever know.
