Amber Bradford Is This Week’s Caught in the Act Recipient

She's a God-send for any pregnant woman in the Minden area, but especially those who are facing pregnancy with some unforeseen circumstances.

Meet Amber Bradford! She's this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award and she was such an easy selection for this week, the committee took less than a minute to say, "Yep, this is the one!"

In Amber's nomination letter we got from her friend and intern, Kelli Kelley, we learned just how amazing this lady truly is. Her dedication to those expectant Moms in Northwest Louisiana is unparalleled and without her, some of these ladies would appear helpless.

Amber is a pillar in her community. From an early age, she discovered her passion for serving the Lord and those around her. She runs Seeds Women's Center in Minden. She has previously worked for DCFS, CASA, and Easter Seals to name a few. Her life's work is to serve. Seeds Women's Center does community outreach for the rural parishes of Webster, Bienville, Claiborne, and beyond. They offer free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds for expectant mothers waiting to start OB care. Seeds also makes it a mission to educate expectant and established mothers with free online parenting classes. Those mothers can also utilize Seeds' baby boutique that has practically everything a baby needs. Amber has the amazing ability to bring people together. Just this past month, Amber organized the very successful inaugural Client Christmas party that served over 50 mothers, fathers, guardians, children, and babies. There were brand-new blankets, toys, clothing, and gifts for those families----all without any press or acknowledgment. Her work does not stop there. She is currently in the works of developing a fatherhood program.
