Texting While Driving Is Illegal

Texting behind the wheel means a big fat ticket! As of today, if you are texting while driving, or if you appear to be reading a text message while driving you can be ticketed. Also in effect today: police can pull over and ticket drivers talking on their cell phones if they appear to be 17  or younger.

Don't worry, you can now have a television in the front seat of the car to keep you entertained. The new law allows televisions in the front seat of vehicles as long as they are not within view of the driver--that doesn't seem dangerous at all, does it?
