Terminally Ill Teen Says Goodbye in Song Before He Passes

Meet Zach Sobiech, he is no longer with us.  As a teen, Zach lived with a terminal form of bone cancer known as osteosarcoma.  Given only months to live, Zach turned to music to say goodbye to his loved ones and everyone who will listen. 

Zach passed away on May 20, 2013.  This video was taken just weeks before his death.  Even though this 18 year old had his life taken from him, he managed to give so much to everyone he loved and knew.  Get a tissue, Zach's story is truly touching.
