The death toll from an early morning shooting rampage is currently at 12 with a total of 50 people who were injured by gunshot wounds, shrapnel, and chemical exposure. The shooter, a man in his 20's, has been captured. According to Huffington Post, children as young as 3-months-old were injured in the unexpected attack that occurred during the "The Dark Knight Rises."
