Hey its Gary McCoy and last Friday, May 25th at 12 noon, I ran out of cigarettes. And then I quit 'em. With no real planning or forethought, I just decided I'd smoked long enough. Sure, people have told me for years about the dangers of smoking.
I hate making New Year's resolutions because I never keep them, but this year, I'm really going to try to keep this resolution. I want to lose 30 pounds.
