Bedford "Buddy" Steve Terry, 61, of Mooringsport, LA passed away last Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Buddy was a man's man. He worked in the oilfield his entire life and eventually retired from Key Energy.  He loved God and was a member of Mooringsport Baptist Church.  He loved his family and just like a real man, Buddy loved to fish.

Yeah, I'm a "fish-a-holic."  Been that way my whole life.  I'll fish in a mudhole if I think there might be a bass or white perch swimming around in there.  But I'm not a big fan of what's called "noodling" which requires the fisherman to get down in the water and stick their hands in holes and logs to drag a big old catfish out.

I was 3 or 4-years-old the very first time that I went fishing. My Daddy took me with him that day he was trying out his brand new Zebco rod and reel for the first time.
