Matthew McConaughey Goes from HOT to Not So Much!

Matthew was spotted leaving the airport in Los Angeles headed to New Orleans to film his new movie. McConaughey has dropped the weight — reportedly 30 pounds off his normal number — to play a man suffering from AIDS and given six months to live in the film "The Dallas Buyers Club."
