Lasyone’s Meat Pie Kitchen in Natchitoches to Be Featured on New TV Show

Everyone from Louisiana knows that Natchitoches is famous for its meat pies. And now everyone else is going to know it as well. Film crews were in the 300-year-old town yesterday to film a new show that will be seen nationally and locally on KSLA this fall.

Lasyone's Meat Pie Kitchen is going to be featured on the new syndicated show called "Flip My Food with Chef Jeff".

The show, which premieres in September, will highlight Chef Angela Lasyone, owner of Lasyone's.

In each episode, Chef Jeff meets up with local celebrities and everyday people from cities across the country, to show them how to “flip” their favorite dishes into dining experiences that are more appetizing and measurably healthier.

Flip My Food with Chef Jeff will air weekdays on KSLA at 3 p.m., starting September 8.
