Kiss Country Salutes Staff Sgt. James Adam Roberson – Our Service Member of the Week

We get the story of this week's Kiss Country Service Member of the Week from Heather Roberson who obviously not only loves her husband but also has the highest respect for her hero!

I would like to nominate my husband as the service member of the week. He is a SSGT in the USAF. He works in sheet metal fabrication and is often very exhausted when he comes home but still musters up enough energy to be a dad to our 8 month old and stepdad to my 8 year old.  He's often helping out with homework until I get home from work.  Just a couple weeks ago, he had to leave us again and head for Korea. He will be on a 1 year tour and away from us but he is very excited for this. He is an awesome husband, a great friend and an amazing father and we are going to miss him in Korea. The only part he is not happy about is that he will miss our son's 1st birthday.  He has definitely been a rock for me and I am very lucky to have him in my life!!!
