Ok, No thats not my belly but I'm doing everything I can from it looking like that. Over the past several months I've felt very down about myself mostly the shape I was in so I knew I had to make a change. I hate diets and I really hate working out so losing weight is a challenge. That's when I came across the KETO and any diet that allows me to eat Bacon, Steaks and Butter I'm down to give a try.

So far I'm on week 2 of the diet and it's going well with the only issues being snacks and quick meals. I've actually found several loopholes for things like taco shells of pizza crusts made of veggies. Last night we made the PF Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wrap which I highly suggest for anyone to try... You can also have it with rice if you aren't on the diet.

Any suggestions for snacks on the KETO diet I would greatly appreciate!
