Haughton McDonald’s “Out of Meat”

Hey gang, it's Gary.  My wife actually snapped this pic at the drive thru of the Haughton McDonald's yesterday evening.  Couple of questions arise.  What is 10:1?  I assume it's meat....so if they're out of "meat", what can you order?  Fries, a salad and McFlurry?  Isn't this kind of like going to Walmart and having them run out of toothpaste and Double A batteries?  Wonder if you've ever seen another place run out of something?  Tell us about it.
