Madison Jo Philyaw is probably the toughest little toddler on the planet.  "Maddie Jo" was born with Cystic Fibrosis on December 14, 2011 and since then she's suffered numerous surgeries, extended hospital stays, loss of hearing in her right ear, suffered through pneumonia and infection after infection, and yet she continues to fight for her life.

She's finally walking but even at 2 and a half years old, she really can't talk, but will soon start speech therapy.  Though she's been so terribly sick, she's an inspiration to all who know her.

To aid in the fight for her life, friends and family, known as "Team Maddie Jo," have planned the "Not Going Down Without a Fight" fundraiser.

On Saturday, July 26, starting at 11:00 am at Cash Point, there will be several ways for you to help including a "Bike Run" and silent auction.

They'll hold the "Team Maddie Jo Car Wash for Charity" which will be a free car wash with donations accepted.

Fish Plates will be available for $10 and will include fried fish, french fries, cole slaw, hush puppies and a drink.

And they'll have loads of live music from The Syndicate, Michael DeArmond, The Gator Dilla Band and Cody Cooke and the Bayou Outlaws.
