"The Big C."  Cancer. The diagnosis you never want to hear.  Especially if the patient is your child.  And chemotherapy is scary enough for even the toughest grown men.  Just imagine how it must appear to a 6 year old.

But doctors at the A.C. Camargo Cancer Center in Sao Paulo, Brazil have teamed up with Warner Brothers to take a little bit of the fright out of the treatment for kids battling cancer.

They're producing a special line of IV bags with the logos of Superman . . . Batman . . . Green Lantern . . . and Wonder Woman on them.

The chemo drugs have been renamed "Superformula" . . . and they even have a special line of comic books where the superheroes use Superformula to overcome the same physical problems the kids face when they go through chemo.

According to the doctors, the first step in the battle is "believing in the cure."  And when you see the kids in this video, I'm thinking the idea must be working.
