Every year 3Miles for FREE Smiles raises monetary funds to aid in the repair of cleft lips and palates. The communities donations are given to the local LSU Foundation & Shriner’s Hospital to assist local children with lifesaving surgeries.

Little known is the fact that 2 children of every 1,000 are born with cleft lip or cleft palate defects.

The first class, held in October, was such a hit - folks started asking for another chance to learn the tips and techniques to surviving a possible terror attack.
