For decades, Frank Page woke up the Arklatex each morning on KWKH Radio. Best known as the man who introduced Elvis Presley to the world on the stage of the Louisiana Hayride, "Uncle Frank" as most of us knew him, died Wednesday night, January 9, 2013 at the age of 87. Uncanny how he passed the day after what would have been Elvis' 78th birthday.

Nearly forty years after his death, Elvis Presley is still getting some parents in Utah “All Shook Up” over lyrics they say are too sexual for students to perform in their high school musical. The complaints that ultimately led the school administration to ban the production.

Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of "The King of Rock and Roll," and Priscilla Presley, celebrates her 44th birthday this week. Lisa Marie is a singer/songwriter, and is also known as the "Princess of Rock and Roll."
