The American Flag that's flying over the Capitol Building today, the 4th of July, Independence Day, is made of hemp, a non-psychoactive variant of marijuana. The cannabis plant can’t be legally grown in the U.S. but can be imported. So was this flag made in the U.S.A. or is it Mexican or Jamaican? Rules of the Capitol Building say that flags must be made in America that are flown over the building

There's nothing better than saving money, and there are some awesome 4th of July sales this week at Target, Sears, Walmart, Kmart and more stores in the Shreveport-Bossier area. You'll find everything from electronics to clothing and furniture to appliances.

As we approach Independence Day, its only fitting that we're reminded of how far we've come as a country and that Freedom Is Not Free.  If you've never listened closely to this speech from Ronald Reagan, turn your speakers up loudly and prepare for one of the greatest three minutes in American history.
