Sunny Sweeney considered a career as a comedienne, obviously she had a change of heart. . .good thing. . . because she had the highest charting debut single for a solo female since Taylor Swift's "Tim McGraw" reached number 6 in 2007!

"From A Table Away" made history for Sunny as the highest charting debut for a solo female artist since Taylor's #6 appearance on the charts in 2007.

Not too terribly long ago, Sunny was living in New York City before she moved to Austin, Texas, trying to make her mark as a comedienne--and she wasn't horrible at it, she became part of a touring comedy troupe. . . but, something was missing. She followed the advice of fellow troupe members who encouraged her to return to singing. Sunny began her music career in small, intimate venues in Austin, Texas.

Now Sunny is preparing for a busy summer as the opening act for Brad Paisley's H2O II tour along with Blake Shelton and Jerrod Niemann.
