On March 29th, 2023, around 6:24 a.m. members of the Shreveport Police Community Response Unit conducted a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard.

During the traffic stop, Officers contacted three males inside the vehicle. A roadside investigation revealed that the occupants were in possession of a half-pound of methamphetamine tablets, Marijuana, and a firearm. Officers seized the handgun, a scale, and narcotics.

Marvin Robinson (7-14-85) was arrested for one count of possession of a firearm with a controlled dangerous substance, one count of a schedule two narcotic with intent to distribute, and one count of possession of a schedule one narcotic with intent to distribute.

Marcus Darby (10-17-81) was arrested for one count of a schedule two narcotic with intent to distribute, and one count of possession of a schedule one narcotic with intent to distribute.

Marquay Robinson (8-7-04) was arrested for one count of a schedule two narcotic with intent to distribute, and one count of possession of a schedule one narcotic with intent to distribute.

Due to Louisiana Law changes that advise that this offense is non-violent we are not permitted to release the offenders’ mugshots.
