Nearly 10,000 Swepco Customers Still Without Power

You certainly don't need me to tell you how cold it is, but if you're reading this from your heated home or office, you're much better off than nearly 10,000 Swepco customers who are completely without power at this writing.  The lion share of these customers are in Caddo Parish with Red River Parish having the second most.  Here's a breakdown of who's in the dark here at 5:45 this morning.

• Bienville Parish 759 customers
• Desoto Parish 374 customers
