Lori Dick is This Week’s Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award Recipient

Tabitha Fletcher wrote to us about Lori Dick, who is one of her personal angels, and after reading about her giving heart, we knew we had to give Lori a call!

Here's what Tabitha had to say about Lori:

Mrs. Lori is all things great! Everyone needs a person like her in their life and I’m forever thankful that she gets to be in mine! She is not only the sweetest ever but she goes above and beyond for everyone she meets. There are so many time she has just caught me off guard and put me in awe with the nice gestures she does for me but doesn’t have to! For instance, today we were having a casual conversation and I said I forgot to pick up toothpaste and rubber-bands yesterday. Well she went to the store and got those items for me along with some tweezers because last week I borrowed hers because I couldn’t find mine. I didn’t ask her to do that and I didn’t expect her to go get it for me but she did! She is not only an amazing person to me but to everyone. She is a member of First United Methodist Church of Logansport and she does a lot of good for our community. One th ing she loves to help out with is uniforms for the kids going back to school. It’s her “thing”. Anytime someone makes a post on facebook about needing uniforms or giving some away her name is mentioned shortly after. I’m not really sure what all to say but I would love to show her some appreciation with this nomination. And if she is chosen and happens to hear what I said about her then also include that I love her & we appreciate & thank her for all she does!

Lori Dick, thank you for being an inspiration to us all and for being a big reason why this is the greatest place in the world to live! We can't imagine a world without folks like you in it!
