Why Steve Cooper is the Latest Kiss Country Caught in the Act Winner
Some Dads might be nervous to hear what their sons might have to say about them.

That's definitely not the case with Steve Cooper. His son, Dusty, is obviously a huge fan of his Dad, and rightfully so.
What Steve does with his time now that he's retired is nothing short of miraculous. He's provided so much to so many.
And it's Steve's Godly heart and willingness to serve his community that we celebrate this week as we name him the latest recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.
Just read what Dusty had to say about Dad and you'll see why this selection was so easy.
When I think of a good man, the first person that comes to mind is my dad, Steve Cooper. He is the hardest working retired man I know. He has taught me and my family what it means to not only work hard but also how to be a family man and more importantly a Godly man. He has been married to my mom, Jackie, for 50 years. To tell you the truth, they are both so deserving of this. They both give so much with no expectation of a return. They attend The Simple Church where my mom works in the office. Through his faith and willingness to help others, my dad started Do Good Mobility where he takes in donated motorized wheelchairs and scooters. He repairs them and then gives them to people in need. He does this out of his own pocket and at no charge to others. To say he is a blessing is a true understatement. He has given a lot and it would be great to give a little something back to him.
Steve Cooper, because you've been 'Caught in the Act' the gang at Magnolia Pit Barbecue have a $50 Gift Certificate for you to come have dinner on them!
Take a listen to the phone call we made to Steve to let him know that he was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
