If you're a member of the mighty Krewe of Centaur, you might want to double-check and make sure you've paid your dues for the current season so you can join in on their treasure hunt that kicks off this weekend!

I love this idea. As a fan of all things Mardi Gras, I'm so glad that Centaur has found a safe, socially distanced way to allow their members to still have some Mardi Gras fun in lieu of the grand bal and parade this year. (Damn you COVID-19!) Here's what went out to members this week:

CALLING ALL TREASURE HUNTERS...

The Centaur Treasure Hunt will begin Sunday, January 31, 2021, which will be the beginning of the week leading up to what would have been Centaur's Parade Day (Saturday, February 6, 2021).

The treasure will be hidden and the clues will be prepared by an outside source. The clues will go out each evening through an email blast.

YOU MUST BE A PAID CENTAUR MEMBER during the 2020-2021 year to be eligible to win. The Grand Prize will be a $250.00 credit to the Centaur Bead Room.

Thursday, January 28: Centaur Bead Room Open 5:30-7:30 pm
Saturday, February 13: Centaur at the Mardi Gras themed Bossier Night Market 4-9 pm
Monday, February 15: General Membership Meeting at the Centaur Den
