Jaymee Echols Is Latest To Be Caught in the Act
In spite of her lengthy medical issues, Jaymee Echols of Stonewall shows up everyday with a giving heart and words of encouragement.

Jaymee happens to be another one of those incredible people that I've been blessed to know, so when her husband, Michael, wrote to nominate her for this week's award, I knew there was no one more deserving.
Her faith, resolve and commitment to giving to others is exactly what we look for each week. And I was honestly pretty amazed at the beautiful way that Michael wrote about her in his letter.
It just made it so easy to name Jaymee as this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award!
I always hear you ask us to tell you about teachers or coaches who are doing good. I’m blessed to be married to a woman who checks both of those boxes and so many more. My wife Jaymee spends her days at Summer Grove Elementary as an Inclusion teacher for Special Education pouring her heart into her babies making them feel loved while furthering their education. In the evenings she works as a softball pitching coach doing lessons. But more importantly than teaching how to throw a good rise ball, she sets an example of how to be a good human. How to persevere and rise above adversity. Jaymee has more drive than anyone I know. If you tell her she can’t she will show she WILL. Battling decades of health issues which have caused to almost lose her more than once don’t slow her down. She uses her experiences and sufferings as motivation and the opportunity to see the good in things and in people. She works two jobs when others say she should stay home. She blessed us with our son when others said it wasn’t a good idea. Jaymee is always willing to help however she can and pays forward the blessings bestowed on us. From giving furniture to someone in need to paying a bill to keep someone’s lights on or food in their home. Her willingness to give, her faith and determination are a model for us all. She’s a wife, mother, teacher and coach and a Rockstar when it comes to this thing we call life.
Jaymee Echols, because you've been 'Caught in the Act', John and the gang at the Magnolia Pit have a $50 gift certificate for you to come enjoy a great meal!
Take a listen to the phone call we made to Jaymee to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
