Heads Up! It’s Time for Louisiana’s Annual Deer Season ‘Divorces’

At the risk of sounding sexist, it's time for Louisiana ladies to wear out their husbands' credit cards while they disappear into the deer woods for the next few months for their annual deer season divorce!

And while I know that there are plenty of ladies who hunt in Louisiana, let's put that aside in the interest of a good laugh.

The man in this video presents his wife with a contract/resignation letter pointing out all that he's done for his 'manager' over the last nine months and that moving forward into hunting season, she should basically leave him alone and let him do his thing.

In his letter of resignation from his 'seasonal role,' he says he served as a good husband and father and has taken on new duties. Because of that, he deserves his time in the woods chasing deer and then other animals as hunting season progresses. Cute, right? However, I think the woman in this case let him off way too easily. She really should have held out for a shopping spree with his credit cards or a girl's weekend... something! After all, she'll be taking on all of his 'duties as assigned' over the next few months in addition to her own and as he pointed out, she shouldn't entertain any other offers in the interim!
