If You Love Good Food in Shreveport-Bossier You Probably Know All About the Cajun Asian Food Truck.

The Cajun Asian Food Truck is always quick to jump in to help our community and they have just reminded us why we love them so much and not just for their food, but for the heart and soul behind the food.

The Cajun Food Truck Took to Facebook Friday Morning After the Storm Hit Northwest Louisiana to Try and Feed the Linemen That Were Working Around the Clock to Restore Power.

What happened next was an outpouring of financial support from the community. The idea was that members of the community would donate what they could and in turn the crew at Cajun Asian would feed them for free. It was a heartfelt "thank you" from our community to the linemen who left their families to help us in our time of need. The Cajun Asian started taking donations via Venmo.

The Next Morning the Cajun Asian Served Over 200 Linemen.

It wasn't long before Cajun Asian started pulling up to cater directly to where the SWEPCO workers were.

The Cajun Asian Teamed Up With Other Businesses in Shreveport to Feed the Community.

Prep Cakes Bakery didn't have power but they offered up their parking lot to the Cajun Asian and donated everything they could. Hopdoddy Burger Bar started feeding all of the Swepco employees and first responders that stopped by. We love seeing members of our community pour back into their community.

When Shreveport-Bossier Is Back to Normal, Please Remember Who Poured Into Their Community.

Please invest in the business that invests in us. A huge thank you to everyone who donated and made these meals possible.
