Chef Jet Tila Luk Fu: Food Network Star Comes to Live! Casino

Get ready for a massive new era of flavor, Shreveport-Bossier! This summer, Luk Fu inside Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana is partnering with celebrity chef, Iron Chef contestant, and Food Network star Jet Tila to bring his legendary signature dishes right to our neck of the woods.

Jet Tila first took to his socials back in April to tease the massive news, stating that his focus was simple: elevate the experience, stay true to the food, and scale it the right way. The rollout started in Philadelphia, expanded to Maryland, and now it is finally our turn.

To celebrate the debut, Live! Casino scheduled an exclusive, family-style launch dinner for July 23rd, complete with a cookbook signing and a meet-and-greet.

Unsurprisingly, the event completely sold out in a flash. I was initially so sad that I missed out on tickets so naturally, being the completely dedicated foodie that I am, I actually flew out to the Philadelphia location early just to taste-test the menu for you guys ahead of time!

While the exclusive VIP night is packed, there is plenty of hope, these incredible modern, pan-Asian flavors are here to stay on the permanent Bossier menu. The full lineup is an absolute dream, featuring a four-course rollout of Bao Buns, Crispy Potstickers, Mongolian Beef, and even Boba Milk Tea.

But when you step into Luk Fu to try it for yourself, there are three absolute, non-negotiable items you cannot skip out on. First, the Sweet Heat Chicken Wings are pure sticky, crispy perfection.
