Has Personal Care Gone Too Far?
Southern women are pretty good about taking care of themselves, but has personal care gone too far? I think so.
Take one look at Gwyneth Paltrow's website Goop.com. It sells everything from organic cotton tampons, to a pelvic floor exercise tracker... think of it like a Fitbit for your lady parts. You simply can't make this up. Do women really need all of this to 'keep up with themselves?'
I won't even try to hide it. I can't stand Gwyneth. I think she's about as pretentious as it gets. Any woman that actively promotes 'vagina steaming' has to be a few screws short. Don't even get me started on her 'jade egg.'
Have you heard the latest? I have to tell you, I'm surprised it's not Goop.com shilling this stuff but there are actual celebrities telling women they need lipstick for their nether region. Okay, if we're being real, it's more like lip balm. It's all natural and supposed to be all purifying and stuff. Khloe Kardashian is peddling this stuff and with a Kardashian involved, I'm instantly suspicious. Seriously, try washing that out of your underwear. EWWWW!!!!
