Gator Bayou Pony Club Hunter/Jumper Horse Show This Weekend

Not only was I member of Pony Club as a child, I'm now a proud adult member of the Pony Club Horse Masters Program!

Winston Churchill allegedly said it best. I'm paraphrasing here, but in essence, he said, 'There's something about the outside of a horse that's good for the inside of a man.' I may have gotten that all wrong, but I do know having a horsey obsession is cheaper than therapy... at least that's what we tell ourselves around the barn as we plan on eating a gourmet dinner of ramen noodles!

This Saturday and Sunday, March 25 and 26th, 2017, Gator Bayou Pony Club is hosting their annual hunter/jumper horse show and fundraiser. It's been proven that equestrian sports can teach your child responsibility, empathy, problem solving skills and can even boost learning among other positive attributes. So come on out to Holly Hill Equestrian Center in Benton, LA to check it out. I can't think of a better way to spend a weekend!
