My wife and I were doing some errands a couple nights ago and needed to stop for gas.  When we first saw the signs, I thought someone had made a mistake.  $3.15 a gallon?  No that's not right.  It was just $2.96 a gallon late last week.  Well, it was no mistake.According to Shreveportgasprices.com, you can still find gas as cheap as $2.94 a gallon, but prices are definitely climbing....and climbing fast!  The average Shreveport price is now $3.12 per gallon with some stations selling it for as much as $3.23 per gallon.  The current national average is $3.25 per gallon, so we're still far below that, but according to Bizjournals.com, we're still far above last year's national average of $3.03 this time of year.  Wonder if we could get "fuel surcharge" added to our paychecks?
