Would you ever consider becoming a parent again at 65 years old?!?!? Billy Joel is and I’m sure it’s a heck of a lot easier if you have his kind of money! Billy’s 33-year-old girlfriend Alexis Roderick is pregnant and this will be his second child. His first child, Alexa Ray, is 29… You know, pretty much the same age as his girlfriend! Yikes! Could you imagine calling Christie Brinkley YOUR EX?!?!

This story brought a tear to my eye yesterday afternoon. I was really hoping it was a hoax. Of course, I’m talking about the death of Percy Sledge who died yesterday in Baton Rouge. Percy was my first ever artist interview in radio before he played at one of our local casinos and he was such a sport about it. I fumbled my way through it and he was not only kind, but patient.

Change is coming to Sesame Street! No, Big Bird isn’t leaving due to contract negotiations… they’re changing the set for the first time in 45 years! You’ll be able to see the changes next season, but don’t worry, Oscar will still live in a trash can!

This Sunday’s 50^th Annual ACM Awards is going to be pretty incredible. It’s the first awards show ever to broadcast from a football stadium and it costs a mint too… Check this out… The price tag is four times that of last year’s show… which got CBS to give them an extra 30 minutes of air time.

Guess who’s worried about his voice going out at the ACMs?!?!? Garth Brooks of all people! He’s already taped his vocals in case he needs to lip-sync. Hopefully he didn’t take lessons from Milli Vanilli.

The ACMs hold a special place in Dierks Bentley’s heart. That’s where he won his first award ever… It was for New Artist of the Year and he still has his trophy!
