Reports are saying that he’s now engaged to long time on again, off again girlfriend Hannah Lee Fowler, the woman who inspired his album Montevallo. People has confirmed the engagement but we don’t know much about it other than Sam released a song called Drinkin’ Too Much New Year’s Eve where he apologizes to Fowler by name.

Speaking of being off the market, Dale Earnhardt Jr got hitched on New Year’s Eve to Amy Reimann with the who’s who of NASCAR on hand like Danica Patrick and Kyle Busch.

I can’t believe that I’m actually a part of a Bachelor fantasy league. The premiere of season 21 was last night with the arrival of 30 hopeful women competing for the love of Nick Viall. The one that stood out most for me was Alexis… the chick that’s crazy about dolphins, but showed up in the ‘left shark’ costume from Katy Perry’s Super Bowl halftime show… but still insisted she was dressed as a dolphin! BTW, the one contestant from Louisiana, the chef named Jaimi didn’t impress me much… Nick must have thought differently because she gets to stay for another week. Rachel, one of the two contestants from Dallas, got the first impression rose.
