Well the folks at Amazon are innovating again… they’ve created a convenience store where you don’t have to check out. There’s an app that automatically detects what you pick up off the shelves and put in your bag and it automatically charges you. It can even tell when you put something back. The first Amazon convenience store will open in Seattle early next year!

How is this for a heart warming story! A man, who credits the Salvation Army for getting him off the streets when he was homeless, has broken the world record for ringing his bell for the Salvation Army in Biloxi, Mississippi for 151 hours straight! He says breaking the record was his way of giving back to the Salvation Army by bringing them publicity. The man was allowed a five minute break each hour to use the restroom but he stayed up, ringing his bell for 6½ days. That’s what the season is all about! Serving others!

How much would it cost to run the lights in National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation? A real estate website figured it out and it would cost the most in Hawaii at $7,552 a month and the cheapest state turned out to be Louisiana at $2,582 a month.
