Six days a week, Gary and Bristol get up before the sun shines to bring you the latest from Nashville, New York City and Hollywood with Entertainment this Morning!

I’ve quit watching awards show ever since every Tom, Dick and Harry want to go on and on about their politics on stage but I do have to share the big ol’ ‘oops!’ that happened last night at the Oscars. Apparently, Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty were giving out the award for Best Picture, but they had the wrong card and announced La La Land as the winner and as the producer were in mid ‘thank you’ they had to take the award back and give it to the real winner, Moonlight.

It’s hard to believe that just over a year ago, the Krewe of Centaur had Bill Paxton in as their grand marshal and everyone had their chance to shake his hand and have their picture made with him. Paxton passed over the weekend at just 61-years-old due to complications from an unspecified surgery. He’s known for his work on Titanic, Twister, Big Love, Weird Science and Aliens.

Judge Joseph Wapner from People’s Court died yesterday in his sleep at 97-years-old.

More names have been leaked as contestants for the new season of Dancing with the Stars and we’re hearing the cast will include Nancy Kerrigan, Chris Kattan, Erika Jayne from Real Housewives, and Normani Kordei from Fifth Harmony.

BTW, don’t forget, the new season of The Voice debuts tonight.
