Featuring a pumpkin patch, corn maze (this year's design is a special tribute to New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees), pony rides, hayrides, and even some of the spookiest haunted attractions in all of Shreveport, the Dixie Maze Farms Fall Festival has something fun for everyone.

A personal favorite for many visitors, the pumpkin patch lets you pick one pumpkin for a discounted price of $5 (while supplies last) and is open Wednesday and Thursday from 2 pm until dark, Friday and Saturday from 10 am until dark, and Sunday from 10 am until dark.

With the new Pumpkin Express, you can also enjoy a scenic ride around the farm as it takes you to the patch to choose your pumpkin. All admissions packages include the Pumpkin Express, which runs continuously Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

If you're planning on heading to Dixie Maze Farms on a Saturday, be sure not to miss out on their outdoor movie screening! During the Fall Festival, they'll be showing a great film every Saturday night beginning at 8 pm, so pull up a hay bale and bag of popcorn and let the good times roll.
