Discerning Dog Won’t Take Treats from Barack Obama [VIDEO]

Okay, I'm a registered Republican so maybe I find this one a little funnier than my Democratic friends, but even they would have to admit this dog is amazing. 

And he's amazing on a couple levels. First off, you have to wonder how they trained him to turn his nose to treats from our President.  And secondly, and probably more importantly, how did they ever train a dog....to eat carrots?
