According to a release from the FDA Kingston Pharma is recalling some DG™/health NATURALS baby Cough Syrup + Mucus” 2-fluid ounce bottles due to the potential that they are contaminated with Bacillus cereus/ Bacillus circulans.
According to the FDA's report, Bacillus cereus can cause serious cases of diarrhea and vomiting. The product has been distributed nationwide at Dollar General stores, and is marked: Lot KL180157 Expiration date 11/20 on the bottom of the carton and back of the bottle label; UPC Code 8 54954 00250 0.
