Christianity and The Bible Inspire Five Movies in 2014

While at the movies last weekend, I was impressed to see that Hollywood is appearing to embrace Christianity.  We were treated to the trailers for new movies, “Son of God” and “Noah” which are scheduled for release in the next couple of months and coming later in the year are “Heaven Is For Real,” “Exodus” and “Mary, Mother of Christ.” 

“Son of God” starring Roma Downey,  Louise Delamere and Diogo Morgado as Jesus, will be released February 28 and will tell the story of the life, death and resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ.

“Noah” is stacked with some of Hollywood’s finest in Russell Crowe, Anthony Hopkins, Emma Watson and Jennifer Connelly.  Scheduled for release on March 28, this film looks as it well tell the story of Noah as never before.  And as the film declared, the end of the earth was actually “the beginning.”
