Many of us are guilty of using the name Karen to describe an angry woman at a grocery store. Yes, now is a time to check on all of our friends named Karen, they could really use a few bottles of wine right about now. We seem to blame Karen's and COVID-19 for everything these days.

A lawmaker in California wants to crack down on racially motivated calls. The Caution Against Racially Exploitative Non-Emergencies or CAREN Act has a dream. The dream is to see fewer people calling authorities on people of color. The CAREN Act is clearly a play on the name Karen, and many find it funny. On Tuesday, Supervisor Shamann Walton introduced the CAREN Act and took to his Twitter to explain why.
