Blood is in short supply these days, and the Caddo Sheriff's Office and Lifshare Blood Center want to nip it in the bud. Lifeshare will be holding a blood drive with the help of CPSO on April 1st at the Sheriff's substation on North Market at 4910 North Market Shreveport, LA 71107.

The event will be held at the location from 1PM to 4PM. Blood has been in short supply, since no one was able to donate during the winter storms. COVID restrictions have also played some roll in the shortage. CPSO is hoping to help get the supply back on track with this event. Be sure and come out to help out a great local cause.

Giving blood is a great help to our community for those who need it the most. Help save a life on April 1st and head to the Sheriff's substation and give from your heart (literally) to help save someone's, or even your loved-one.

Donors can show up on their own or schedule an appointment HERE.

Donors will also receive an amazing “Bee Kind” t-shirt  while supplies last.
