Every year, these motorcycle riding, caped crusaders, hold an amazing benefit to raise funds that allow these kids to enjoy "Camp I'm Still Me", which is an amazing facility that helps children that have been badly burned.

According to Camp I'm Still Me organizers, this camp offers young burn survivors a place where they participate in a variety of activities and where they can just be a kid.

That benefit is the 24th Annual Brother's Keeper Burn Run at Lake Bistieau, and is expected again this year to attract hundreds of motorcycle enthusiasts from across the South, to raise much needed funding for Camp I'm Still Me.

This year's event is only a couple of weeks off and will cover a full two days on April 17 and 18 at the Lake Bistineau State Park in Doyline, LA.

Those wanting to pre-register can do that now at the Brothers Keeper website,  or register in person on Friday, April 17th beginning at 5:00 pm and Saturday, April 18th beginning at 9:00 am.

This year's event will include live music, Crawfish Friday @ 5pm, Vendors, great food, a trivia run (first bike out at 9:30am, last bike in at 11:30am) and the "world-famous" live auction starting at 1:00 pm on Saturday.

America's Worst States for Motorcycle Safety

Easton & Easton Law Offices ranked the most dangerous states for motorcyclists in 2025 using crash data from NHTSA and IIHS. Factors included fatal crash rates, deaths per 10,000 bikes, and impaired driving. Each factor was weighted, normalized, and totaled for a final score, with higher scores meaning greater danger for riders. For EastonLawOffices.com's full methodology and additional insights, see the link in America's Worst State for Motorcycle Safety.
