Each week, Bristol's Babies shines the spotlight on adoptable pets right here in northwest Louisiana and with your help, we hope to eventually find them all homes!

Would you look at the smile this sweet girl has on her face? Folks at the shelter think she's just over a year and a half old and she's up to date on all of her shots. Maddie was abandoned in a crate in front of the shelter with a note saying she was housebroken and good with kids. Don't let this four-legged angel feel abandoned or lost one more minute! Meet Maddie today at Pet Savers of Shreveport! Her adoption fee is $125.

Here's what the Pet Savers website has to say about Maddie:

When the staff arrived at the shelter one morning they discovered me in the parking lot. I was in my kennel and I've got to tell you I was really scared. I was afraid no one was going to find me and I was going to be stuck in my kennel forever. You can see by the big smile on my face that I am really happy Pet Savers took me in and now I'm safe. According to the note that was left with me I'm housebroken and get along with kids. I'm a Lab mix so I'm a large dog. I'm hoping to find an adopter who will never ever abandon me.
