BREAKING: Nearly 20,000 Customers in Bossier Parish without Power

A widespread power outage in Bossier Parish this morning.

We've gotten reports from Haughton, Princeton, Country Place. We also have reports that power is out from Barksdale Air Force Base south to the Sun City area. Several residents have told us the power is also out in Stonebridge. Another resident tells us Provident Oaks is without power as well.

There's not indication yet what caused this outage.  A text message has gone out to customers in the affected area that power should be restored by 10:00 am today.
